In so doing, investigate each of the following research projects: 1) Aschs Study on Conformity 2) Migrams Obedience Study 3) A Trip to Abilene 4) Tajfels Minimal Group Paradigm B) Provide a brief overview on each study including why the researcher pursued the study, the methodology used, and the findings (about 1 ½ typed pages per study). C) In your own words, backed up with relevant literature, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of conformity in the workplace. When is it needed, if ever? When does it become problematic, etc.?
